Account & Data Deletion

At TRACK CUE, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated business data.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion by contacting our support team via email or phone. Please include your registered account details (Club Name and Registered Email) for verification purposes.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request is processed, we will permanently delete your account data, including:

  • Business profile, club settings, and branding.
  • Table occupancy logs and billing history.
  • Inventory records and canteen POS history.
  • Customer, member lists, and Khata records.
  • System usage, activity logs, and staff performance data.

3. Data Retention

Certain data may be retained temporarily where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, or to comply with regulatory obligations in Pakistan.

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 3–7 business days after your identity has been verified by our security team.

5. Important Note

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important financial or member data before submitting your request, as recovery is impossible after deletion.
