• Member Data: member names, contacts and khata (credit) history you record.
• Usage Data: table session logs, canteen sales, expenses and billing records.

• To provide real-time table tracking, billing and receipt printing.
• To manage your canteen inventory and member khata.
• To generate revenue, expense and inventory reports.
• To sync your data securely between your devices and our cloud.
• To keep your account secure and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Data Storage & Security

QUE TRACK is offline-first: your data is stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud servers when you are online. We use industry-standard measures to protect it:

• Encrypted transmission between the app and our servers.
• Authentication tokens stored in your device's secure storage.
• Access limited to your own club's data only (multi-tenant isolation).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers strictly necessary to run the platform (e.g. cloud hosting), or where required by the laws of Pakistan.
